Who operates Picklepedia

Picklepedia is operated by Lexion. Contact: leijon@provia.ph.

What we process

We may process tournament, public sale-listing, and court-pasalo facts, source URLs, public source text and images, optional public organizer, seller, or transferor display names, admin account information, technical logs, and standard Firebase Analytics/GA4 measurements. We do not republish phone numbers, email addresses, or private-message identifiers, and we do not send source text, image contents, names, emails, or Facebook IDs to analytics.

Advertising and Google AdSense

Picklepedia uses Google AdSense to display clearly labeled advertisements. Subject to your consent choices, region, and Google account and advertising settings, Google may use Analytics and advertising data for personalized or contextual ads, remarketing, advertising measurement, demographics and interests reporting, and cross-device reporting. Picklepedia does not send tournament source text, poster contents, admin names, admin emails, or Facebook IDs to Google Analytics for these purposes.

Google and its advertising partners may process the page being viewed, coarse location, device and browser information, IP address, cookies, mobile identifiers or similar browser storage, ad interactions, and fraud-prevention signals to select, personalize, deliver, measure, limit the frequency of, and report on ads. When Google Signals applies, Google may associate site activity with signed-in Google users who have enabled Ads Personalization to provide aggregated cross-device, demographic, and interest reporting. Advertising consent and choices

Where consent is legally required, a Google-certified consent management platform presents available choices before personalized advertising, advertising cookies, local storage, or related data processing are used. You may accept, reject, withdraw, or manage the choices offered in that message. You can also manage Google advertising preferences through My Ad Center, restrict cookies in your browser, or use browser privacy controls. Rejecting or withdrawing consent may make ads less relevant or limit analytics and advertising features but does not prevent access to Picklepedia tournament content.

AI and service providers

Authorized source material may be processed by Firebase/Google, OmniRoute, and Apify when enabled. Google also processes advertising and consent information as described above. AI output is treated as draft data and reviewed before publication. We do not use AI to publish automatically.

Retention and deletion

Original uploads and source snapshots are retained for up to one year after the event, reservation slot, sale expiry, or removal. Uncertain classification previews are retained for at most seven days. Court-pasalo listings are automatically excluded and expired when their reserved slot begins. Public derivatives remain while published and for up to 90 days after removal. Admin audit history may be retained for seven years.
