Meta user-data deletion instructions
Use this page to request deletion of Picklepedia data created through a Facebook Messenger submission. This process covers the submission record and associated private sender mapping or identifiers held to process that submission.
How to request deletion
Email mark@pickle.dumaget.me with the subject “Picklepedia Messenger data deletion” and ask us to delete your Messenger submission data.
- Include: the approximate date or time of the Messenger submission, the Facebook Page or conversation used, any submission text or public source URL you sent, and the email address we may use to acknowledge the request.
- Do not include: your Facebook password, access tokens, one-time codes, payment details, or other sensitive credentials. We will never need those to process a deletion request.
- Identity verification: we may ask for reasonable information needed to confirm that the request concerns your submission. Send only the minimum non-sensitive information needed to establish the request.
Timing and scope
We aim to acknowledge requests within one business day and target a decision within three business days. If the request is incomplete or needs identity verification, we will explain what is needed. Deletion covers the Messenger submission data and associated private sender mapping or identifiers that Picklepedia controls, subject to information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute handling, or the integrity of required audit records. We do not expose private sender identifiers in normal public listings.
Published listing or source removal
This request is separate from removing a published tournament, sale item, or Court Pasalo listing. For a published listing or source correction/removal request, use the content-removal form and provide the relevant source or listing URL.
